That's unbelievable!

I read this earlier and am not too surprised--almost all point-of-sale systems allow clerks and managers to make notes about customers for other staff to see. What amazes me is that the store allowed these notes to be printed out and no one working there noticed--what else don't they notice? What if the wrong medication is listed, for instance? The truly crazy people in this story are the ones running the drug store.

We complain about litigation, but the lack of civility and often compassionless society we have forces outrage into the courtroom.

One hopes that technicians are mature and professional, but obviously they are not there at that pharmacy.

A person who takes crtical medication is naturally health challenged - so if they are cranky, just get over it. That's why they call it work and pay you.

If it isn't your line of work and you're miserable, I beg you, find another line of work in which to be happier.

Thanks, guys, for taking the time to leave your comments. I agree, and especially with Chris about sick folks feeling cranky. You'd think educated pharmacy techs would have been taught this basic premise of dealing with "patients" and act accordingly.
